This policy explains how Meat on Fire Africa handles delivery of all products purchased through our online store.

1. Order Processing
We process orders Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 3pm are processed the next business day.
Orders are only processed once payment reflects in our account.

2. Delivery Areas
We deliver across Botswana through trusted courier partners.
Some remote areas may require longer delivery times.
We will contact you if your location needs special arrangements.

3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery in Gaborone takes 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery outside Gaborone takes 3 to 7 business days.
Delays caused by the courier or unforeseen events are outside our control.

4. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size.
Large or heavy items may carry additional charges.
We notify you before dispatch if extra fees apply.

5. Click and Collect
You may collect orders from our designated collection point.
We will notify you when your order is ready.
Please bring proof of purchase and identification.

6. Delivery Attempts
If a courier cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, you will have to collect from the courier office or arrange a new delivery at your own cost.

7. Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery details are correct.
We are not responsible for delays, losses or extra fees caused by incorrect information.

8. Inspection on Delivery
Inspect your parcel before signing.
If there is visible damage, inform the courier immediately and notify us on the same day.
We will guide you through the replacement or claims process.

9. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If a parcel is lost or excessively delayed, we will follow up with the courier.
Replacement or refund is only processed once the courier confirms the loss in writing.

10. Non Deliverable Items
Some items may have delivery restrictions due to size, weight or safety requirements.
We will inform you if an item cannot be shipped.
